First off is can I debrand/flash my w580 phone if I have a CID 53...?

SEtool nor XS++ supports CID53, so go for far manager + JDFlasher

with wotan server you can debrand but it will cost you but wait a mount or abit more and you can debrand it

CID53 also sucks because you can only get firmware from seusers.com which is like topsony.
