When I try to call one specific person (phonebook entry) or try to delete that entry, the phone locks up and tries to reboot. I have to pull the battery and then boot the phone to get it back. I can call others and I can receive calls from this person. I haven't added or removed anything from the phone recently.
Background info: W810 CID49 RED GENERIC_HK, Unlock VKP, Camera Light flashes while ringing VKP, Black Signal Meter VKP, Black Battery Meter VKP, Orbital Flash Menus.
Should I do a Master Reset (after backing up), or reflash MAIN, FS, and Custpack?

Hmm. Strange. Try all three in order, ie if the master reset doesn't work, flash MAIN & FS. You should unpatch before you do though.
(Unpatch) Even though it was working fine since the patch? This only started Friday night, I've called her before (a good bit) and didn't have this issue.

Master Reset, Reset All, and then recopied from SIM, and it works now. Weird. Thanks.
