Hey i recently wanted to unlock this, i have spent a great deal of time searching, ive tried using SEtool2lite with the following files:
S500_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_LY_RED52.mbn
Remove_SIM_lock_S500_R8BA024.vkp

however i think i am missing a custom pack, because whenever i turn it on, i just get config error, contact service etc..
In the meantime i have flashed it to a w580i using the tutorial, but it would be nice knowing that i can get it back later.''

OK, well it appears i have fixed this, found some files on topsony..

One more question: how do epople install these Acoustic upgrades and such, i understand its done through the own_custom method in XS++ but how do i backup my old ones?
