WizaJ
What error does it give?
devo...92
no error, just says windows cannot open this file
file: XS++.rar
To open this file, windows needs to know what program created it

Winrar...

search google and download winrar
WizaJ
Oh my... You really are a noob
WinRAR is a special tool we use to compress almost all of the files that are on se-nse, it's like .ZIP except with a greater compression ratio
You need to extract all the files to be able to use them.
.ZIP and .RAR archives can both be extracted via WinRAR
Now that you know that, the next step is to click here

Well I have installed the Sony pc suite ( so usb drivers had been installed prioperly) and used SETool.

There select your model and press Identify then connect your phone (holding the c button) and as quick as you say parangaricutirimicuaro youheve a lot of info about your phone.
