Hi all.
I have read loads of tuts and sometimes i think it can be done then i get confused.
What I want to do is change my w800 CID36 to a CID49 so I can use CID49 custom packs etc on it.

1. Can it be done?
2. Is it worth it or can i customize a CID36 anyway?
3. Is there a tutorial to do this on here already? If so which one?
Thanks

The only way to update CID's is SEUS (i think) and it will just update it to CID50 which is worse then CID49 tongue.gif

It can be done. No,CID 36 is old...search for a tutorial or use SEUS(maybe it will lift it to cid 50) try a google search "cid 36 to cid 49 w800"

Hi mate.

Its not worth it: I have a mate on another site who has a load of patches etc for w800 CID36

And trust me that phone is the dogs nuts

Thanks for that all.
phonetech.
just got your pm about your mate.
I hadn't told you that the phone was a CID36 so didn't know wether the files were compatible.
That sounds cool, i await the files.
Thanks for the help.
