I have a brand new w580i, CID52, already unlocked to all networks, but how do I do stuff like this on it, and apply patches etc. I already have XS++, setool, and pretty much every tool like that, I just don't know what to do

Go to Firmware Tutorials and guides section, it has guides on how to apply patches, use XS++ and SETool2Lite.
