BOTTOM HALF OF THE PHONE
Step one
Make sure you have the correct tools.
A small phillips head screw driver.
A T6 screw driver
A suitable prizing device, (you can manage with your finger nail)
A pair of Tweezers (optional)
DISCLAIMER: I nor SE-NSE take any blame for damages to your phone if something goes wrong.
You should follow the Tutorial better
Anyway, moving on.
Step two
Take the battery cover off your handset and take out the battery and SIM card, store them somewhere safe.

Undo the screws (with the T6 screw driver) circled in red.
Step three
Turn your phone over and take of the sticker just bellow the walkman sticker, this should uncover another two screws (T6) undo these too

Step four
The Casing should now be easy to split in two, if not, start at the fast port end and go round with your prizing instrument. (see picture for more details)

Step five
When done, you will have something looking like this, becareful with the connecters as they are quite fragile.
Push the circled bits up towards the fastport. It is easiest to to this with a pair of tweesers.
Do this with both connectors.
Make sure you know which connector is which, if you get them wrong your phone will not start.
I make a mark on one with a Permanent pen, and i remember which side this went to.

Step six
At which point you will have this! I will take the Screen part of the handset appart later in the tutorial.

Step seven
Now, to lift the main board out of the housing you will need your prizing instrument.
Put the prizing instrument down the side of the main board, now lever the board out, Do this to the other side aswell. After this you will be able to lift the board out.

Step eight
All, the major components come out with the board, only the antenna and the vibrator are left in the housing.

becareful with the circled component, it is a bit of plastic that connects with the lock slider.
This is fragile so becareful!

TOP HALF OF THE PHONE
Step one
Make sure you have the correct tools.

Step two
Presuming you followed the first part of the tutorial, look for these screws circled in red and undo them. Pull the connectors through the housing carefuly, making sure you are not damaging them

TIP:
Becareful the circled peice of metal could fall out, If it does fall out dont worry about it, just put it back in.


Step three
Next undo the screws circled in RED FIRST,then lift the metal swivel mechanism out. Then undo the screw circled in BLUE.

Then thread the connectors through the swivel mechanism.

Step four
Turn your handset over, and prize the sticker off above the walkman sticker,this reveals another two screws.


Step five
(Sorry i forgot to take a picture here) it's easiest to Start at the top of the screen,the go round with your prizing tool. becareful as around the middle of the case is quite thin. This part of the hosuing is very tight around the bottom so don't worry if you find it tricky

TIP:
If you are Changing the housings don't forget to Take this peice of metal out, it is a magnet. the phone uses this to detect weather or not the phone is open.


Step six
This is what you will have now.

To remove the screen from the housing put your prizing instrument down the side of the screen.

Do this to the otherside to remove the board from the housing.

Step seven
The screen will come out, this is what you will have left.

This is the front of the housing, the only component left in the housing is the ear phone.
