I've done some searching through the forums, and while I've been able to find a few cam drivers for my phone model, I'm not quite sure if all of them are compatible with the firmware I've got (R8BE001). Not exactly sure which one is the best, either.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate.
As a side question, there is no way any of these drivers can "blow" my speakers, right? I've some experience with the Motorola phones, and modding the gain tables for volume could blow the speakers, so I don't want to run that risk.

its not that risky in SE.. i have used lots of acoustics in my w810 n nothig happened.. but its better not to use that much loud acoustics if u r continiously using the speakers.. it will also drain the battery very fast..
this cam driver is one of the best camdrivers for w580i i use it too

Thanks for the camdriver, but I've already got that one.
Is it normal that the speakers play louder when my w580 is "open" rather than when closed? at max volume it is louder when open than when closed, but it isn't the design of the phone, rather there is some sort of software trigger.
Is it supposed to be like that?
