I've been trying to add a language to my K550i. I've already extracted the language files I want figured out how to put them in the right directory on my phone with XS++.

But now I'm having a problem editing the customize.xml file. I didn't see any way to open or edit it with XS++, and haven't been able to open it using FAR manager either. I copied it to my computer but it was just blank when I opened it from there. How do you open customize.xml from the phone, edit it, and save it again?

And one more question - do I need to delete or edit allowed_language, and do I need to delete lng.lst and lng.dat?

At DB2020 is this not more possible!

I'm pretty sure you delete the language files, (.lng) and then delete the lines in the customize.xml. To do this, open Notepad, then open Customize.xml in it

for editing .xml use notepad or better use dreamwaver.
