i have a k850i its locked on o2 and i am getting a error message saying inactive sim wont work with any o2 sim whats wrong?

Did you buy it new or is it secondhand? It could be blocked, especially if it's secondhand - or if you've had it from new it could have been blocked by mistake - try calling O2 about it.

Blocked phone... You can get the IMEI changed, but that is a illegal proceudre...

You got scammed. The original owner probably called in and said his phone was stolen after he sent it to you.

yeah, dont buy off ebay! dodgy dodgy dodgy! Dont even think about IMEI changing cos it can land you in prison! You can ring the provider and see if its reported stolen / lost. There are websites you can check for a small fee to see if its blacklisted.
