Now then, I have a w810i and I guess this is a newbie question but I cannot sort it myself.
Is there a way for the walkman player to show the tracks (and albums if possible) in filename order, 01, 02 ,03 etc.
I have named the tracks 01-Name 02-Name etc. I have even gone into the mp3 tags and given the mp3s a track number.
The file manager on the phone shows them by filename 01-02 etc but the walkman player can not. I know that I can show the list in order of when files were created but it shows them newest first so the first track comes up last. I dont want to have to rename the mp3 tags to 01-file 02-file unless I have to.

I had the same problem as you. How I fixed it? Instead of going into artists/all, choose the CD which you want to be played in order .

yeah that or use playlists

Found a 'sort-of' solution. Ive added the tracks in reverse order to the phone. When I sort the tracks in 'As Created' it puts them in the order of most recent fisrt and if track 1 is added last then it plays first.
