Hiya,

I recently upgrade the firmware on my K850i phone via the SE update service and things have taken a turn for the worse it seems. I did the download/install and this completed successfully and removed cable and then battery as requested and then reinserted battery. Turned phone on and seemed to go fine until the normal/flight mode screen and once you go past this it seems to cut out every 10 seconds or something like that and comes back on and repeats until infinity.

Is there anything people suggest i do as i have never come across this problem before. Any help would be much appreciated. If no one has any suggestions of things to try i'll try give SE a call but i know these call centres are pretty much useless when i tried to call them in the past.

If in warranty take it back if not reflash the main.

try using SEUS ( sony ericsson update service) again.....that should do the trick....

If it still doesn't work, take it to the service center....

I tried it again but still no joy with it. It's only 6 weeks old so is within warranty. Any idea if there is a list of service centres somewhere? Wouldn't have a clue where my nearest one would be. Cheers for your help.
