Hi i got a w850i which starts but it don't go to the flight mode and normal mode selection screen instead it shows me a picture of the Ferrari Enzo which all of its doors open and it says ecc and f in the right top corner. Ive been told by phone shops that it has a virus and for some reason i don't believe them. Help Please. I also tried to re-flash firmware with XS++ but i ended up with this.

and it stays like that and then the phone disconnects and my computer goes crazy because the phones USB connection keeps on going off and on creating a loop and XS++ and Windows XP gives me a error report about the program crash and the phones screen goes into a loop and the phone screen light keeps on flashing until the battery goes flat. Im new so can you please help.

Does any1 know what i can do cause i really need this phone fixed. I was thinking that the problem may have occurred by flash corruption. Am i right?

Have you tried to connect with SEUS?? do u mean the sony ericcson update tool cause i have used that and has the same result as XS++
Can you connect to drap&drop music/other to phone? The phone senses memory sticks and i can also put music on it but the phone still doesnt start up as it should.
Are they work your DCU-60? Do u mean the USB cable that comes with the phone cause i have got that and i am using that to flash the phone

the usb drivers are not installed properly, uninstall any old driver and reinstall it again.then try connecting using XS++ and reflash your phone.sometimes using another usb port also helps..all the best.........

Have you tried to take off the battery
or connect with C?
