I tried to convert K750 --> W800. i got the main and fs files req. i have a k750 CID49 red (EMEA_6). when i clicked on flash main using XS 3.1 (Darwin). i got following log:

After i got Binary acknowledge failed with: 15 i disconnected the phone as i saw somewhere in the posts that it will get hanged on flashing 1 of 291 and will get stuck there.
should i change the options to breakin in XS++ or i wont be able to flash the phone at all.
PLZ HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

correct me if im wrong
but main file should end wit .mbn
n fs file should end wit .fbn
i think tat xs++ doesnt support other formats

no .bin files are also supported i think. cause if u use GFlash it makes .bin files and in tut links GFlash was used for applying patches. However i found only .bin files for f/w

cuz im usin .mbn .fbn files for xs++ only

it seems its not workin wit .bin files
cuz i last time press wrong n use a .zip file

the file is maybe encrypted. files that are encrypted will fail when you try to flash them.

DONE FINALLY.............. I THINK. found the error in XS++ FAQ link. i slided the dwloaded firmware using GSlide then flashed the fone using XS++ 3.1. But i still have some doubts can anybody can help me with it:
1. when i now cnnct the fone via XS++ it still shows connected K750 CID 49. so is my fone fully converted to W800.
2. PC suite also shows connected K750. should it change
3. i not able to use the artists option in Walkman player options it shows: no albums found, although all tracks are shown and played. i just inserted the mem card after flashing.
4. will the acoustics and cam drivers be of W800 or the one which i uploaded before flashin. i think it will of W800 only
