Hi, having problems unlocking my t mobile w810i.

I get the message;-

RESTORATION FILE NOT PRESENT
"R4EA031_CXC1250318_HONG_KONG_HN"
YOU MUST PERFORM FULL FLASHING FOR PATCH UNLOCK

I had already perform a full flash using xs++ sucessfully but still comes up with the above message on setool2lt.
I tried to perform a full flash on setool2lt but having problems with the W810i_CDA102494_5_HONG_KONG.zip file
(MSC files)

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I had already flashed the Main & FS and HONG_KONG(CDA102494/5) on XS++ but still "Restoration File Not Present" message appearing on setool2lt.

For Main, I used W810_R4EA031_MAIN_HONG_KONG_HN_RED49.mbn and for fs, I used W810_R4ED001_FS_HONG_KONG_RED49.fbn

Problem solved after reinstalling setool2lt. smile.gif I was using setool2lite_db2020 ( I recently flashed/unlocked K550i to w610i) which I think was the cause of the problem.

Thanks to All_StaR for your help.
