I didn't find any tutorial on applying vkp patch for CID49 mobiles yet.
I'm new to this kind of Stuff

or just read up on setool2 lite or jdflasher
Some people say setool is easier. but personally it did no good to me. jd flasher is the best for flashing DB2010. follow the steps in the tutorial section. avoid the steps that are specific for DB2020, i.e you need not create the VKP for your main firmware. I applied VKP patch for my Z550.
everyone talking abt DB2020 not DB2010. Plz give me guide link to apply vkp patch on DB2010, CID 49

please can you tell me how you applied vkp patch for z550. i have a z550i phone with DB2010. I am breaking my head on this forum. There are many topics but they dont give you the complete process. For example i got to know that i could flash my phone from my current R6BA033 to R6CA009. I read that i could do this with xs++
fine but now i want to use this some vkp patches made for z550i with R6CA009 but some topic told that i needed GSilde to do so. it ask for a flash file fine again but then it asks for a header file. What is that where can i get that if i need to creat it than how do i create that? also since you have mentioned that you have applied vkp patch for your z550i phone can you please please please tell me step by step procedure about how you did it. I can understand mostly but since i read that if in some cases i screw up i might loose my PHONE!!! i CANNOT afford a new phone. That is y i am sincerely requesting you to give the exact step by step procedure. Thankyou in advance. Help is very much appreciated
