Right when I turn on my SE W550i the screen stays white and won't operate so I am trying to update the software to see if that helps. The only problem is when I open the Update Service it says that I need a version of Macromedia which I have already installed the latest update for. So I am not sure what to do??

Start up INTERNET EXPLORER.. .goto www.adobe.com and install flash player & Macromedia player (if needed).

Hang on does it use IE? Because I update Firefox...Let's hope thats the problem Thanks for the quick response aswell.

I have no idea what that is.

Alright XS++ is a program that can update your firmware... its like SEUS... but better, because you can self chose the version... also you can upload better menu, sound and camera to the phone..
