and what are camera drivers? Do they improve the picture capture quality? If yes can anyone tell me where to get the camera drivers.

And also is there anyway to change the font of the phone. If yes, then can anyone give me a link to a guide or something?

number1 has a 4.0 or 4.1 driver for W830, use that... as far as mods go:
elfs
patches
acoustics
cam driver
layout (you'll need to mod this because of a patch)
flash menus
walkman skins
that's basically it for the while that i can think of
