your erom only really needs repairing if it's dead or damaged, a sign of a dead erom is normally a blinking red led in the infra red port.
Do NOT Flash different EROM Phone Model to your phone,
You need to use same CID in EROM as your phone EROM CID. example:You can NOT flash K800 CID51 EROM
to a K800 CID49 Phone.You can flash K800 CID49 EROM to a K800 CID49 Phone

xs++3.1 erom repair guide, works with dcu-60, cruiser, works with db2010 cid 36, cid 49, db2012 cid 50 cid 51 cid52, db2020 cid 49 cid 51 cid 52
step A selecting the correct erom, the erom must be in a .bin format.
a.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
b.run xs++.exe and press connect, if your using a cruiser cable you must select the correct com port from the drop down select port box.
c.now reinsurt your battery and connect the phone holding down C.
d.you are now connected to xs++.

i have highlighted what needs to match when choosing your new erom.
Platform: <<<some erom files don't contain this information, but longs u match up the rest of the information it will be fine.
EROM CID: <<< very important must match your erom file 100% Don't confuse with the OTP CID.
EROM Color: <<< most eroms and phones are red
Phone ID: <<< very important must match your erom file 100%
STEP B flashing the erom
1.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
2.run xs++.exe and press connect, if your using a cruiser cable you must select the correct com port from the drop down select port box.
3.now reinsurt your battery and connect the phone holding down C.
4.you are now connected to xs++.
5.Select your EROM's file in .bin format with the box Flash Main Firmware like this
6.press FLASH.


WOTANSERVER, erom repair guide, dcu-60 db2020 phones only
a.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
1.download wotan
2.run wotan.exe
3.erase all log-in information
4.Press start button
5.Insert the battery then connect the phone while holding down 2+5
6.Release the buttons then wotan should update your erom.

SETOOL 2 LITE 1.10 erom repair guide dcu-60 or cruiser, supported DB2010/DB2012 CID49/50/51/52, DB2020 CID49/51/52
a.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
1.unzip and run setool2 lite 1.08
2.select phone type from phone type drop-down list,
3.press identify
4.reinsurt battery and holding down 2+5 connect the phone
5.press the unlock/repair button

a.download erom_db2010_red36_44000000_00020000.zip and unzip it,
b.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
1.install farmanager
2.go to programme files/Far/plugins
3.extract sepf 10.0.44 here
4.now extract sepf 10.0.51 in extactly the same place as 10.0.44
5.now run farmanager and press F11
6.select SEFP 0.10.51 FAR should look like
7.select DCU-60 under device,921600 under speed,then ur phone e.g k750_w800_cid:36
8.now press enter the matrix, reinsurt your phones battery and connect your phone holding down C
9.with the right side of far find erom_db2010_red36_44000000_00020000.raw
10.drag and drop it onto the FLASH folder on the left side
11.Select Flash raw image option and check that address is 44000000 and length is 20000
Press Flash
12.Confirm flashing erom by pressing Yes

Gflash,
dcu-60 db2010 cid:36 only can also be used to convert from brown to red.
a.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
1.download gflash 2.0 beta6
2.run glash.exe
3.select the Repair/GDFS/Patching tab along the top
4.click flash EROM
5.then press the button
and select RED_CID36.EROM
6.press the Repair/Read/Patch button
7.reinsurt the battery and connect your phone holding down C.

SEKING, dcu-60/crusier cable
a.Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
1.download seking
2.run seking
3.under port option press com port from crusier cable, and press DCU-60 USB for DCU-60
4.under select option select your phone model from the drop-down box
5.under Operation option select Repair EROM
6.then press identify now reinsurt the battery and connect your phone holding down C
7.now with a tick in the Repair EROM box, press GO.

1.open kulankendi tick the EROM Update
2.press the Flash Phone button
3.remove then reinsurt the battery & connect the phone holding down C
4.you erom will be updated.

at far manager.i dont see at scripts k750 cid49 and w300,i see after k750 cid36 z800 cid36,and at device i see only dcu60 and com1 and when i press f11,,it shows 2 sefp 0.10.0.51.wat do i do?and that erom for far i used it to make my k750 frm brown to red.it can revive the phone after it whas killed frm trying to flash it to w800?

and dont i need a service cable?coz everywhere i look it sez that i need a service cable if its dead

u posted a picture on how far should look lik after u make sefp 0.10.0.51 and i sed that i cant see the boot scripts k750_w800_cid36,k750_w800_cid49,w300_w810_z550 and thst i see at device only dcu-60 and com1 and i wanted to know why and wat to do,so it can show lik at u,and sed that when i press f11,it shows now 2 seft 0.10.0.51 and i asked why.then i asked if u can revive the phone after u kill it with flashing useing that erom,coz i used it when i converted my k750(cid36) frm brown to red

all the cid:36 boot scripts should be there don't worry if the cid:49 1's arent you don't need them anyway thats just how my farmanger looks cause i use it with my cid:49 w300i, no idea why your shows to sefp i don't think you copied the files in correctly you install 10.0.44 first then 10.0.51 over the top it should overwrite it, you can try to revive your phone.

I tried flashing a new erom to my phone today using XS++. The original erom version is R3A022 Red CID52. The new erom I tried to flash is R3B024 Red CID52. I loaded the new erom into the MAIN section of XS++, then hit flash. It appeared to flash, the XS said Flash Completed Successfully, then I disconnected the phone. I removed and returned the battery, reconnected to XS++ and it still reads that I have the old erom. What gives?

yeah i ve tried it no use i cant get R1GB001_FS_M_EAST actully my prob is diffrent i cant use my cam it hangs when ever i try to use any cam related option ive changed my firmware from R1GB001 to R1KG001 but still im on Square one can u help me on this ....

Can I backup my EROM somehow?

Why would you want to do that? EROM is not phone specific, just model specific, unlike GDFS. No point backing it up

To keep a backup, just download EROM for your model. Better than struggle to find one when got problem and found out that some website might be down or internet is down. This happen to me before when I need to replace my friend's K750 EROM. Suppose to take a few hours but take more than a days because I have to go to my brother house to access the internet. (That before I have 3G Internet access)

Save some website page in you PC might help sometime.

xs++ doesn't support connecting with 2+5 key, instead of xs++ use setool lite or wotan

I got same problem with my Z310. When try to connect using SEUS, I see SEUS intall a new flash driver to my PC. Then SEUS update my Z310. When finish I able to use with XS++.

I have same problem with my K810i . I only shutdown that phone before I go to sleep at night. But after I wake up at the morning , my doesn't start anymore when I press power button. Only red lamp on right side blinking. I follow step-step tutorial by Number1 but didn't solved my problem.
~ X++ --> can't detect by press "C" button
~ SETool Lite --> detect by press 2+5 button , can flash main etc but cannot write GDFS (I have original backup)

Well i tried this tutorial to fix my w810i because when its connected to xs++ it says EROM: n/a.

So i downloaded the file and flashed it. XS++ says flash successful, i reconnect it to xs++ and it still says EROM: n/a...but the phone works fine. Any ideas what i should do?

my k800 is dead 2. when i pres the power button only the white backlite of the screen flashes, no red lite.

I did exactly as it says with both setool2 light and XS++ but none of them work!

Setool2 just keeps loading forever and XS++ says that everything went OK but when i try to start my phone it STILL keeps flashing white.
