Hi I've not purchased the phone yet but I'm definitely buying one when I can. I would like to use the flash menus so I've read that I need to debrand my Vodafone version to a generic one.

Just a quick question are these the right files for me? I'm from the UK and with Vodafone.

I know I'm technically not from central europe but I know these packs contain the english language so would these be the right files? Also they'd still let me use my vodafone sim card? This is the first time I've ever flashed anything and I want to make sure everything is right.

The files you chose will work ok but the send and end buttons on the handset will change

no there not the right the files but they will work, EUROPE_2 is the uk, really you need a EUROPE_2 fs & custpack, yes you will still be able to use your vodafone sim card the phone will still be locked to vodafone.
