Okay: Here's the situation:

I tried to slide a few patches using GSlide, using the directions given by jagheterfredik, and I ended up doing crap.

I have a w810, Main = Hong Kong CID 49 Red, and I didn't know what the FS was. So I assumed that since the store imported from Europe, it was a Europe 2. SOOO WRONG. When I flashed the Patched main and the FS, XS++ just stuck. Errm, I waited about an hour, even though jagheterfredik said that it would take 20 mins, and it didn't finish.

So I stopped, tried to boot up, and the phone didn't even blink. Makes sense to me so far, obviously. I did crap.

So reflashed my normal Main, and the Europe 2 FS I downloaded last night. Note that that was REALLY dumb, since when it stuck, it hadn't flashed the GSLide FS yet. So I could have just flashed my main. But I was curious to see if Europe 2 was my main, so I did it anyway.

So after flashin the FS, well looky here: It booted! BUt...after entering password, phone just says:

"Configuration Error: Please contact your service provider" or something like that.

Logical. I can punch in *#06# and it does bring up the IMEI screen, and when i press -> * <- <- * <- *, I do See the service menu, but I can do nothing else.

Now I have an idea of what to do, but I'm just making sure: I've read somewhere that when you flash the wrong FS, you have to manually upload all the files over again or something like that. Is this true?

The most inmposrtant info to anyone trying to help is probably the fact that before, in servise menu > Software Info, the phone had:

Customization:
CDA 102494/5 R4A CXC 1250324 R4ED001 HONG_KONG

and now it's changed to

CDA 102494/5 R4A CXC 1250324 R4EA031 1E0W EUROPE_2

Which obviously means that my FS is actually Hong Kong, and that All I need to do is Flash a Hong Kong main to fix it.

use seus, and update ur phone it will put the correct firmware back on it, then u need to put a custpack in tpa/preset/custom u can use xs++3.1 fsx for that

DON'T USE GSLIDE TO APPLY PATCHES ON w810i!!!

IT WONT WORK!!
