I have w910i phone, it's a new phone. Worked fine about a week and then it started. First i coud not charge it, seems like a cable thing but no. After removing the battery, it was charding again. Than i foud out that my factori games (v-rally 3d, marble madness) and my applications like musicmate have dissapeard somehow! Last thing that i discoverd today is that walkman button on the top of the phone is not working but i can here the sound of pressing it. Also in the main menu walkman icon is not responding. I can turn on walkmen only throu media/music. Help please anyone? Thanks

If it's a new phone, the best bet is to take it back to the SE service centre and demand a replacement

Even if there's no update avaliable, you can still "re-install" the firmware with seus
