I just put a few music videos and an episode of family guy on my phone, But the audio is not playing with the video... Its like the audio plays at normal speed like its supposed to, then the video is 5 seconds behind, then will try to catch up with the audio? it does this with all 3 music videos and espcially noticeable in the episode of family guy. Any thoughts??!!!... all of the videos are in .mp4 format and look great... when its not lagging behind!... its like its having a hard time to process the video part of it!?? Thanks Guys!

First of all, I assume you've got a Walkman phone 
Try pausing the video, wait till it gets by, and then continue. If this doesn't work, connect your phone to your PC, move your movies to the music folder, and in the Walkman player, create a playlist.

the problem with it is that the kbps is too high for the video. Use a video coverter and lower the kbps for your phone so it can handle it. My phone couldnt hold videos either until i converted the video to 192kbps and it played perfectly fine. Just find a video converter on google and you can do it

also check the fps, my vid file is @ 10fps only.

use nero recode to convert videos to mp4 ....
in video quality use lower than 200Kbps and youwill get fine

Cool guys, thanks alot... I messed around with Nero.. and have no problem getting it to convert in to MP4... but im still doing something wrong... because I let nero do its thing, plug the phone in, drag it over, disconnect and try to play it, But Now for some reason it doesnt show up in entertainment/ videos menu.. so i go over to file manager menu/ videos and its there... Only there is no video anymore! lol now ive only got audio!?? anyone know what im doing wrong? its a 580i btw!

Also for a little more info... I just converted another vid that wont work on the phone... so I opend up WinAmp to see if thatwould play it.. it plays audio but not the video..... so I clicked on view file info and this is what it says :
