my k750 it totally dead i've changed the sim and the phone won't start or do any thin and when i get conected to SEUS say it's up to date and in XS++ get conected then

I think your GDFS is corrupted and you need to write back your backed up GDFS. If you don't have a backed up GDFS god help you. (Well kidding a little). You'll have some major work to do.

i have another K750 now may i backup GDFS from it to the corrupted one

Try to do full reflashing of phone (MAIN+FS+customizing). Is it blinking now?

UPD:
No you can not use GDFS from other phone... but... But, you have cid36 phone, so you can simply unlock it. But, i dont think that you killed GDFS by changing SIM card

Erm you cant get it onlucked or free unless you use a unlock patch which is teporary ( when you flash it it will go )
But yeah i canntpatch k550i's so i dont know much about patching
