I want to upgrade my phone what steps should I take?

What do you mean by upgrade. Do you want the firmware to be updated?

Well you can use SEUS to update the firmware very easily if you're a noob.

What is SEUS?

Sony Erricson Update Service

It is Sony Ericsson Update Service. Go to SE site and search for downloads for W810. After you've donwloaded it follow the instructions. But you could flash it with XS++. Any way since you're so n000b. I suggest SEUS.

You can download it from the sony ericsson website im guessing
or just google it

I downloaded and when clicking on the setup file says some thing about download macromedia flash. I have flash in my computer. What should I do?

Well install the shockwave as well. I thought that problem was fixed.

Upload a picture if you can ( Print screen then go to paint and click paste )
Or what does it say if you dont want to do that
