Last week I debranded and flashed my Cingular W810, and it worked fine. The phone starts on properly, I have flash menus, etc. The only problem is that I can't receive calls or SMS (although I get charged when someone tries to call) I tried to solve it running the SEUS, but it tries to update to Europe 3, and I am in the US. I don't know if this has something to do with the firmware, but I read the tutorials and other threads and did everything right. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Are you sure that Singular doesn't have problems ATM, maybe they have ?, just a suggestion, since you did everything right.

But a reflash should fix it

I reflashed it using the W810_R4EK001_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn, but it still won't work. And I don't think it's a network problem because I can do calls and send SMS normally, but when someone calls me I don't get the call.

What firmware did you use to unbrand the phone?
