Hi all, really appreciate if someone could advise me the best course of action for my K800i...

What happened is this: I got it plugged into my PC to backup my photographs as I wanted to pass this phone to my sis. Once the transfer is done, I decided to do a master reset to clear everything including my old contacts from the phone's memory.

As the phone is restarting, i forgot to unplug the USB cable and from then on, the phone's screen is stuck with the message "Please wait". I waited for all eternity and restarted the phone but no use. I'm still stuck with the same screen. I tried reflashing my firmware using SEUS but it doesn't solve the problem as well...

I'm now seriously stumped at what to do next... Hope some kind soul out there can advise me or provide some suggestions to this screw-up of mine... Thanks for reading.

If your phone is turning on to the please wait screen you dont need a erom update, Try a full flash with XS++, To my knowlegde the pc suite only accesses the FS - file system, if this is corrupt from a read/write cycle when it has been connected to the pc only a full re-flash will help, PM me for more details
