Im unable to install the drivers needed to flash customize etc,,
i had to restore my pc (basically put a fresh copy of xp on)
after there was some problems,
everythings fine now though exept for this,
i keep getting "fatal error during installation" can anyone help look at the pics for some more detail,
ive tryed unistalling them and re-installing them but still the same happens!!

PLEASE HELP MY MODDING DEPENDS ON IT LOL!!

Well I don't own a k610, so I don't know which FLASH drivers are needed.

But try to get a new copy of the drivers, they might be corrupt.

I cant ever get that far when i uninstall them and re-connect the phone i get that stupid fatal error message thanks for the help though!

Hm that, is VERY strange, try to delete the driver from /WINDOWS/system32/drivers.

Their not even there tough i looked and they werent there so i put them there and got the message again then removed them and got the message still!! its realy annoying me now cos' i wanna try that new xs++

Thats not the problem i have tune-up utillites and run a complete system clean everyday!!

Hmm, Try sending a mail to microsoft, as I kan see it, then it's a WINDOWS problem..

I have a k610 and when i connect it to my pc everything is good.I installed only the SE pc suite for w810i(the other phone i have) and the pc recognize the k610 too.All SE pc suites contains drivers for other phones of SE


ps:I haven't got SEUS.

But you would of needed to install the SEMC drivers to use xs++

I didn't install anything for k610 only for w810i and xs++ recognized the k610 too.If you sent message to MS i think a reply will delay for some weeks,months........ .

Ok then but you still would of need to install the SEMC drivers otherwise your W810 wouldnt of been able to connect to xs++

No my two phones are recognize from my pc and from xs++.Maybe i installed SEMC and i don't remember.

Ok so i did a system resotore and still nothing someone anyone please help!

got de same prob , reinstalled the stupid windows !

and run it, it automatically installs the usb flash drivers

no help still unable to install semc driver

this problem arised on my pc after repairing my xp sp2

Go to the microsoft website or any other website that you can trust and download the windows xp service pack2 if you didnt get it from online,after you instal it then try installing pc suite and seus(sony ericsson update service)make sure that pc suite or seus isnt installed when you do go to install them.

i already have sp2 built in in windows installation cd ..................

but problem is after repairing my xp i am unable to install flash driver .......

Don't repair, reistall it!

Yep you shouldn't repair it,and sometimes there maybe little patch updates to the one you have on the cd.
