Backup GDFS !! Read Here Rekoil't tutorial

1. First Install USB FLash drivers !!

2. Download XS++ v2.2 !!

3. Connecting phone to XS++

Shutdown phone . Remove SIM Card. Reinsert Battery. (don't start phone)
Then Click on Connect in XS++ and holding C button on your phone connect your phone to Computer to USB cable and don't leave C button until XS++ detects your phone and requests you to leave C button.
On the Left Side of the XS++ it gives details of your phone. Read it !
EROM CID 52 are must ! or else stop right here !

4. Folder Creating Instructions and My Terminology !

If i say upload files to location files_to_upload/tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash/
then u must create a folders like this

1. create "files_to_upload" folder in the XS++.exe directory.
2. open "files_to_upload" folder and create "tpa" folder.
3. open "tpa" folder and create "preset" folder.
4. open "preset" folder and create "system" folder.
5. open "system" folder and create "desktop" folder.
6. open "desktop" folder and create flash folder.
7. open "flash" folder and paste all .swf files you want.
8. then flash using xs++

5. FSX Option in XS++ !

FSX uploads all the files in the folder files_to_upload to the phone's FS
In Configuration Select FSX to use FSX !
once u copied all files (example: skins, flash menu) in files_to_upload folder then click Start FSX !
Sit back and relax and XS++ will do the job !
Disconnect phone when done Insert Sim Card and Start Phone !

6. Flash Menus

many 176x220 flash menu Click here
After downloading flash menu copy the .swf files to flash folder
files_to_upload/tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash/*** .swf files her***
and upload using FSX to phone
Later Copy .thm files to M2 card !
Remember u must flash only the .swf files !

Flash Menu 240x320 ( for w580i w880 etc )

7. Walkman 2 skins ( Click here to check out )

upload skin folder to this location in phone's FS using FSX
files_to_upload\TPA\SYSTEM\MULTIMEDIA\MP\SKIN\**skin folder here**
if skins are already placed then just flash ( click start FSX )

NOTE : Walkman 2 Skins Only for W Series phones ! k790/800/810 use Walkman 1 Skins !!

Again here you must use skins according to phone resolution !

8. Flash Wallpapers

Just download and copy them to Memory Card as usual as u copy music to M2 Card
U can set them as wallpapers as u set pictures as wallpapers..

9. Acoustics

download acoustics of your choice
upload acoutics to this directory using FSX !!
files_to_upload/ifs/settings/acoustic/**** zapf files here ****

10.Camera drivers

download camera drivers then
Upload camera driver using FSX to this location
files_to_upload/ifs/settings/camera/***camera driver file here****

10. Visualizations !

upload to
.avx files in files_to_upload\TPA\PRESET\SYSTEM\multimedia\AV
starting image file in files_to_upload\TPA\PRESET\SYSTEM\multimedia\AV_DATA

please don't mention k790\800\810 in the compatible list because they don't support walcman 2 skins flash wallpapers and flash menus .

Now I have a usb flash problem . I just upgraded to Win. Vista ultimate 64-bit, and when I try to connect my phone to XS it says I need the usb flash drivers. I downloaded them already from Rekoil's guide but there's no exe to install it. All I get is a .inf file called ggsemc, and and a folder called (x86). Inside the folder there's a file called ggsemc.sys

I NEED HELP

there u must manually select to install drivers form the folder of your choice..!
u must then select the folder in where placed the drivers u downloaded..

better install SEUS.. its there in Rekoil's tut.. see it !

Wait I'm confused.. I followed the instructions and created the .RAR file... but thats where I'm stuck. I thought I could just Connect the phone with XS++ create the folder in the phone tpa/blah/blah and put all those swf's in there,flash that, then put the phone back together, then drag and drop the .thms in the memory cards theme folder? Is that not right?

hi i have a w580i and i know i flashed the flash themes perfectly but for some reason i cant find them im guessing they would be under themes, i made all the folders and wut not and double checked and ive been trying and trying for hours now and just giving up until somebody might be able to help me with some insight or if theve ran into this problem them selves too. thanks for all your help great tutorial by the way p.s i got the walkman skins to work perfectly with no problems. is there anyway it could be a problem with the firmware i debranded my phone with or the custom pack ive used??

yea im having the exact same problem, its a reallllllyyyyy good tutorial but i just have that problem, i cant find the folder for it in my phone. Another thing, i heard u have to move the files from the phone to the memory card after, how do u do that? just copy and paste?

guys guys you can't see flash menu in phone

you can see only a theme file
and the that theme file must have FLash menu support Enabled
if the theme files does not support flash menu.. its was waste.... throw that theme away.. or mod it !
now see once you put the FLASH MENU SWF FILES then a theme must use IT
for that on how to create a theme which uses a flash menu download a tutorial on how to do that !!

you can use that to know how to do it

or just use laysk networks my theme creator and click on Deskstyle : Default near the Preview and set it to some flash menu while creating your theme
then apply that theme and you will get the flash menu working !

so using my theme creator is much easire

now that you put the flash menu in phone .. just leave it there.. they are safe there and intact !!

you use XS++ 3.0 to see the flash menu in place.. because its got FS explorer !!
