Once the keypad is popped off, is disassembly really as easy as you have shown?

I have heard that the LCD screen, Sim & M2 holders are meant to be removed seperately as they
are clipped very tightly into the back cover?
I also hear that there are several delicate ribbon cables and connectors that need to be unplugged.....

This guide is for front case removal and not the internal phone parts to remove the rear case.
