Hi,

I am new here. I currently own a K800i. When I try to access the games/apps folder I receive an "operation failed" message. This happened before but it was fixed when I used watonserver.

I have searched the forum but could not find an answer, this is because I used watonserver again and I have been upgraded to CID 52. Watonserver did not fix the problem this time around.

I read that the error can be fixed by re-flashing the FS but I am not sure if I am able to do this on the CID 52.

I have XS++ and would need a European file.

Any advice would be great.

Ok I have another problem.

I have upgraded my phone to R1KG001. I tried to flash the FS to this also but it won't work, anyone any idea?

Also, I have another problem from upgrading. The brightness on my phone is fine, but after unlocking it from stand by the brightness doesn't go up again. For me to fix it I have to go into the brightness settings each time.

Can someone help.

for both of you....full flash is needed to fix that error. it means main+fs+customize.

i've had the same problem way back. nothing else helped but full phone flash.

could you please tell me where to get a tutorial on doing that?newbie is lost

try accessing the games and apps folder with the memory card removed, i know it may seem simple but it worked on my w580i, i can sometimes happen when the memory card gets corrupted

still doesnt work does this problem happen to all se phones?please im still waiting for a tutorial on a full flash!

Quick re-flashing guide

1. open XS++ and attach phone
2. get the main, fs and custom files, PM me if you need these
3. put the files in the flash section, main for main and fs for filesystem
4. click flash and wait to finish, should only take a few minutes
5. detatch phone,remove and re-insert battery, check phone switches on, you should get configuration error.
6. Attatch phone to XS++ again and click customise filesystem, choose the region according to the fs you used and waittill finished
7. insert sim and check operation of phone.

Is this a shorter version of the tutorial step by step flashing with fs++?or is it different?
