They are diff, even the screen sizes differs..
But since you know the value of what to change, could you do it for w810i ?
You can find original w810i layout in my signature in my BLOG, and BTW, could you also write what you edit ?

Didn't change anything 
Well I wanted to modify the Operador Logo but I see I dont do anything
Here is the part of code I modified for mi K790
What I modified here is:
Red: Make Operator Logo disappear
Blue: Time move top right
Green: Date Move below Time
And what I want to tell you is that all modificacions might be donde in the StatusIndication Section so make some tries with your layout and tell us how it goes

What I modified here is:

I make it disappear just modifying my layout but in W800 I know that you can patch the MAIN and change the Operator Logo with the one you want

It doesnt matter if the phone is branded or unbranded, locked or unlocked u can apply to anyone.

Where do you find the layout file on the phone?
it is located in the path "tpa/system/layout/" try searching on the web for the original LAYOUT of your phone model

No body has it because it doesnt exists, you have to "create" it, them a master reset of settings and thats all

If all you want to do is replace "menu" with an image it's real easy on the w810i, just take the png file and name it SK_IMAGE (no extension) and put it in the custom folder. If you want to link it to a new action or change the text you have to use the RIGHT_SOFTKEY_HOOK trick. It's easier if you apply some patches to move some of the directories to /other, you can read about it here.
could someone plz post the original font of k800i ive it with english and french language and the font was supporting arabic language and now i lost it when adding ur font ( i need to restor arabic language coz i learn it )

Well for gaining access to that directory you have to use FAR Manager, search the forum for post explaining how you can use this program.
Take a look also on the most common folder like:
- "tpa/system/layout/" for the layout
- "tpa/preset/system/menu/" for the menu
And so other ones

To restore the original LAYOUT is the same process, you take the original file found searching in Google and put it in right path
To get the font files please use the search button, it doesnt bite, here I posted the original fonts

Yes its posible but its a trick, you have to make a layout for making the Operator Name disappear, them you modify your theme backgroung and create there the logo using Themes Creator of SE
i used the original file you posted in the simpsons font thread and now in the menu,the font where it says messaging,walkman,etc... ;there is a problem:after Messaging text appears,there are remains of the 2 g-s in the word in black and continue to appear for the next words like Walkman,Entertainment.How can i fix this?

Obviously there is a way to do it, but the only thing is to find that way.
With the LAYOUT file is posible to change almost every thing that you see on your screen so the only way to find it is "change & test" that is the way I modify my layout
I tried so many ways before i asked but still couldn't work it out. That's why i'm asking here.

Well, to move the alarm you should find this string (mark in bold)
Now the values here are:
Green: Control left (lower value) and right (higher value)
Blue: Control top screen (lower value) and lower screen (higher value)
Red: I dont know what it controls
To make a good layout all you have to do is to try and test with diferent values until you found the correct one.
