Could anyone please help me with the wires and where they should be soldered on the fastport?
The original handset has 5 wires: Copper, black, white, blue and green. On the fastport socket looking at it if it were connected to the phone and the phone was placed screen up, there are 3 pins on top and 4 at the bottom. On the top row, I know that the one to the left isn't connected as well as the left one on the bottom row which leaves 2 on the top and 3 at the bottom. The fastport I am currently using for replacement came from a cheap set and I still have the wires connected but the colors used are different. Here is how they are connected: Top row, right pin=red, left pin=blue, bottom row right pin=copper, middle pin=copper (another one), left pin=green. As you can see the colors are different and a bit confusing so if anyone is familiar with what goes where please let me know. I would really appreciate it!!
Thank you!

Thank you eyeyousee! I know what the pins are for but I don't know what the cable colors that come from the mic and the headphones are. The colors are copper, white, black, blue and green. Do you know which are for the mic and which for the R and L headphones? That's what I need to know. Thanks again, appreciated!
