I'd like to copy some files from a Z310 (like the sound when the cell is discharging), but I don't know which tools do I need. Do I need a main fake like a W810?

You can´t copy from the phone to the PC, but you CAN copy form the PC to the Phone using JDFlasher.
To get some files from the phone the only thing you can do is download the FS of that phone and unpack it.
