i uploaded custamiz_upgrade.xml and halmer cirtificate to remove java permission.then when i drag and drop a jar file (moby explorer or any other) on eq halmer exe it says its not a jar file or jar file has corrupted.but jar file works fine.

can somebody tell me whats wrong and how to over ome this?

no probs here...it worked fine for me....jus try downoading the eqhalmer ones again...

Do you have Vista?

Try moving the EQHalmer folder to your desktop then running it again....

I used to have that problem also , hope it works for you like it does for me .

All of the folders must remain intact

Open the EQhalmer.exe inside the folders.


Now my problem is, I already created a JAD file, where can I see it?
