Hello everyone

I've a w900i. When I run XS++ 1.5 it is recognised as db2000 CID49.
I've managed to update the firmware and fs using W900_R5BB001_MAIN_GENERIC_EU_EMEA_CID49
W900_R5BB001_FS_EU2_CID49. I also selected the customize option using bruteXS.
I let XS++ (I've also tried phoneXS)try to brute force the phone but the phone turns on. Also although I updated
the usb drivers and fully drained my battery the phone still turns on while brute forcing.

Can someone please help me to fix my phone because it is not usable at the moment ohmy.gif
(I get the "configuration error" when I turn on my phone).
Thanks smile.gif .

Thanks for your answer but I said that the battery was fully drained.I tried xs++ v1.2 but the phone still turns on?I tried also breaking in xs++ 1.5 but I got an error because w900 dosn't support breaking.

No w900 is supported by xs++.

CID 36 (Main+FS+Customization): D750, J300, K300, K600, K608, K700, K750, W550, W800, Z520, Z525, Z800

CID 49 (Main+FS+Customization): K310, K510, K608, K600, K610, K618, K750, K790, K800, M600, P990, V600, V630, W300, W600, W700, W710, W810, W830, W850, W880, W900, W950, Z300, Z530, Z550, Z610, Z710

CID 51 (Main+FS): K610, K790, K800, V630, W830, W850, W710, W880, Z610, Z710

However don't flash FS on a CID51 phone. Because afterwards you'll need to customize it, which you can't so you'll end up with a phone that won't start.

For your problem try charging your phone to the maximum and always connect to XS++ while either holding the 'C' button or hold '2' and '5' together, one of those will work.

ye bruv like majik says just keep trying, b4 the no bf method was out for cid49 i was using bruteforce with XS and the first couple of times the file transfer mode never started up, then after the no bf method was out i tryed the bf way for some reason and the phone went into file transfer node about 4 times in a row after various times of bf'ing ( few hours all tolled), i think the drain battery thing is a hit and miss thing at best, as if draining the battery was the answer, you wouldnt need to even put the battery in!! lol, and if the drained battery was only their to form a part of a circuit you could just use a bit wire to IMPERSONATE the battery, so imhhho, you NEEd a battery with a wee bit power atleast, actually id bet that even after you drain a battery its still going to get a tickle from the 5v coming out the USB.
anyone know where that thread that first suggest battery drain is?

ah better stop ranting, just keep trying mate with a FULL battery, one of these times after 5 hours of b/f ing it will work, might be first time might be tenth, but till theres a no BF option u r stuck with that.
gd luck though

does anyone have the CDA for EU2 ?(i.e. CDA102418/10) as XS++ 3.1 seems to miss it..

thanks in advance
