1. K750i --> W800i (Completed)

Ok. You want to flash your phone from K750i to a W800i. You are new and almost dont know anything about this. Here you will get a detailed tutorial about how to do that. Ok, lets start.

Requirments:

A DCU-60 - A standard cable, comes with phone
A K750i Recommend updating using SEUS
XS++
A main file
A FS file

First a little about the main file: W800_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA_RED49.bin

W800_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA_RED49.bin

W800: The phone
R1BC002: Firmware Version
Main: Indicates that its the main firware
EU_EMEA: The operator
RED49: Color (Red) and lock number 49 CID49

And you need a FS file, i use this: W800_R1BC002_FS_EU3.fbn

Now, lets start flashing.

1. Open XS++
2. Press Start
3. You will get some instructions in the left panel
4. Hold "C" on your phone and connect.
if you get "PORT STATUS: ACTIVE" And nothing happens, then unplug phone, remove battery, and insert again. Then try again.
5. Check "Flash Main Firmware"
6. Press the "..." Button, means browse. Find the main file W800_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA_RED49.bin and click open
7. Now press "Flash"
8. When its done, it will stuck on 291/291, when its on 291/291 then wait 5 seconds, and unplug phone. In XS++ press Close.
9. Now XS++ is closed. Just enter it again. In your phone: remove battery, insert again. Successfully plug your phone to XS++.
10. Now, instead of Checking "Flash main Firmware". Check "Flash File System", Browse the file W800_R1BC002_FS_EU3.fbn and select it, press open. (Means that only Flash File system is checked)
11. Press "Flash"
12. when its done just remove phone from data-cable, remove battery, reinsert. Enter XS++, attach phone.
13. Now you will have to check "Customize File System", use this:

Select Phone model:
W800

Select CDA and Region:
EUROPE_3 (CDA102425/17)

14. Press "Flash"

When its done, Unplug phone, remove battery, insert again. turn on Phone. And congratulations !! Now your phone is a W800i !!!! Enjoy !

2. Using FAR Manager with SEFP (Completed)

Sure you alleready found another tutorial that doesnt work, cause you will have to mix up files and whet ever. Here you will get a detailed tutorial:

You will need:
FAR Manager
SEFP
A DCU-60 Standard Datacable, comes with phone
A Phone -.-

Ok, we start with installing far, just install it normally.
Now you must have a shortcut in desktop for FAR, right click it, press propertiers. Press Find Target, a folder will appear.
OR
Go into: C:\Program files\Far\

Now we are in the folder FAR, You will See a folder called "Plugins", enter it.
Extract SEFP that you downloaded before in that folder.
Now we have a directory called C:\Program files\Far\SEFP with files.
Good. Go into the folder C:\Program files\Far\SEFP and run the application "sefp0.10.0.51patch.exe"
Warning! Your Anti virus may detect it as virus, its not!
press "Do it!", when its done just close..
Now, the plugin is installed.

Now you will have to flash a fake main, download from here: Click to view attachment
use XS++ to flash main, its just 5 blocks, when its done, you cant turn on phone, but you can use FAR,

Now go into FAR, press ALT+F1 you will se a list, press 0: SEFP
Device: DCU-60 - Speed: 921600
If you use An K750i or W800i select K750_W800_CID49 or K750_W800_CID49 as boot script
Press "Enter The Matrix". Follow Instructions from panel
If It says Boot: Waiting for phone or something like that, then it means you will have to remove battery, and insert again. If it says something with ChipID, then it means you will have to release C.
Now, enter the folder FS, the program will do something, Wait untill its done.

Congratulations! Now you are in your phone!

REMEMBER: if you flash FS (with XS++), you will lose everything changed with FAR, when you are done, and want to save your data, press the ".." keep clicking until it asks if you want to quit, press "Yes". your data is stored in phone

3. Apply Patches to your phone (Completed)

Using Gslide

first the tools:

Gslide
XS++

first learn how to flash normally.
In this, we only have to flash main again

1- Open Gslide
2- Next to the Flashfile textbox you see "..." press that [1] (See picture)
3- target your main W800_R1BC002_MAIN_EU_EMEA_RED49.bin [2]
4- Press Add and add all your patches [3]
5- Select the output file and press "Process" [4]
6- When its done, open XS++ and connect your phone
7- And flash your main with the output from Gslide
8- Cogratz done!



NOTE! If you cant open the files i uploaded, then use Winrar

Now my k750i won't even start. Its runnig on the latest firmware RIDB001 and its CID49 Red. Can anyone help me please? This is the only phone I've got

Try running the MAIN firmware in GSlide, Then, reflash the output file again using XS++.

why did u use an r1db001 firmware?It fuks up the first time.U should always upgrade but never mod a phone with firmware versoin 1.itll screw u.

Hey Guys, thanks for your help, what I did is use the SEUS updater again and when I connected my phone to the USB DCU cable, it detected it and updated it again so I got my k750i back working again. Then like you guys said I reflash it with XS++.......Then when it finished I switched my phone on. For awhile I thought its not going to work because it took about 25 seconds of holding the ON button, and then....the screen lighted up and to my surprise it took me to the phone setup of W800i. You guys did it. You helped me change my k750i to w800i. Thanks a lot WAHOOO!

are u sure your w800i is fully functional??? when i tried that method my phone showed "configuration network error.....blabala",,,

Yup, it's been more than a day now and all seems fine. Tried every function and all are working okay. Now I'm re- organising my playlists on the phone because they've been wiped out during the flash and I forgot to do a back up prior to it. I've got a lot of stuff in it bacause I got a 4gb memory stick. Anyway guys thanks again!

Hi! im a noob, i just flash my k750 i phone its a CID49red phone.. i already have flashed the MAIN and the FS and its all done but the the problem is when i finalized it i always end stuck in FS activation. i just wanna know how long thus it gonna took the activation process? stucking on it for about an hour is still normal or it means that it hangs.. i have already tried flashing the main using gslide but i still come up with the same problem. my phone still turn on after the process nut it always shows configuration error. please help with it, its my only phone i hope someone can xplain me enough..

I was just a bit curious though. Can anything happen to the phone? I mean if something happens during flashing, it's still possible to fix it, right?

So, now I'm trying to the SEUS-thingy. It says that I should press and hold the "C"-button while plugging in the cable. But then nothing happens, except from the annoying "there is a modem that wants to be installed" and a window that tells me to dial my SIM-code.

I put in the correct SIM-code and then it says "Incorrect password" (or something like that). And then my phone logs on.

Have I done something wrong?

hey!!! i just successfully flush my phone and its working great... from k750i now its a w800i.. im just a bit curious about the flashing stuff wat kind of patches should i do is it the k750 or the w800 and by the way is it normal if my phone only blinks with white after applying a change driver to others patch? does it mean that my phone didnt have a driver at all after the flashing.. how cud i acces my phone and install the drivers after that? hope someone could help me this stuff.. well anyway for those newbie who want to flush your phone just use the phone xs++ v 1.5, it has a break in method on customization so u don't have to wait for hour's for the operation to complete. thanx for this tutorial it really helps a lot. specially to the newbie's like me.

I'm interested of flashing my k750 to W800 using XS++, but I live in brazil, so i think a need a CDA to support of the Portugues language(I think maybe the european would do because of portugal) or not?...
Do I need to use any diferent files from those on the guide ?

Btw: I've been checking KS++, and there are 3 options in "customize file system", BreakXS, FastXS, and BruteXS, which one to use?

about far... far shows me that i need use Service Cable only, but u wrote i need DCU-60. why? o_O

use the BreakXS that's what i used wen i flashed my phone it will only take 5 mins. ithink.. just fallow the instructions carefully given and you'll success... i hope this gonna help

Hi sorry, I'm brand new here, but I'd just like to ask, if you flash your k750i, is that something where you cannot go back to the original K750i or do you just use SEUS to get it back?

What do you do with the fake main?

And after I have plugged my phone and XS++ says ready for operation I just press "Flash"?

BTW. My phone is K750i updated to W800i and I only want to do this to get to install mods and drivers. So I need to flash it to do that huh?

But I think you really should include a way to get your phone back working. I have read threads to find a way to get my phone to work again after this. So if we use the fake main the phone can't turn on so you have to flash/update the firmware again! Many need help with this, including me. I'm now trying to do it with SEUS. That won't destroy the camera drivers and acoustics I just put to my phone will it?

And to silver, if you copy your original files that you'll replace (like camera driver), then I guess there is nothing that you can't undo. (Hehe, I've done this once so I'm just guessing )

Is it possible to flash an unbranded K750i firmware in my T-Mobile K750i phone? It's a CID49 Red.

Never mind, this works. I flashed an old standard EU3 version into it, went wrong. Did it again, updated it with SEUS to the latest and now my phone is Dutch language and unbranded. Thanks.

When I finally got the SEUS-thingy to work, I realized that my phone has CID 36 (RED).

Does that mean that my phone is un-flashable?

Since dropping my K750, and needing a new housing for it I stumble across this site by accident. So I thought I might as well have a go at flashing my K750 to a W800. I followed it step by step, had to re run SEUS because my phone didn't turn back on, and now the problem is this:

1.) I turn my phone back on,
2.) After entering my pin, it says system config error check operator services.
3.) So I turned it off and the w800 turn off animation was displayed!

I am now trying to re flash my phone to w800 again, does anyone have any idea what went wrong?

2. Using FAR Manager with SEFP (Completed)

Sure you alleready found another tutorial that doesnt work, cause you will have to mix up files and whet ever. Here you will get a detailed tutorial:

You will need:
FAR Manager
SEFP
A DCU-60 Standard Datacable, comes with phone
A Phone -.-

Ok, we start with installing far, just install it normally.
Now you must have a shortcut in desktop for FAR, right click it, press propertiers. Press Find Target, a folder will appear.
OR
Go into: C:\Program files\Far\

Now we are in the folder FAR, You will See a folder called "Plugins", enter it.
Extract SEFP that you downloaded before in that folder.
Now we have a directory called C:\Program files\Far\SEFP with files.
Good. Go into the folder C:\Program files\Far\SEFP and run the application "sefp0.10.0.51patch.exe"
Warning! Your Anti virus may detect it as virus, its not!
press "Do it!", when its done just close..
Now, the plugin is installed.

Now you will have to flash a fake main, download from here: Click to view attachment
use XS++ to flash main, its just 5 blocks, when its done, you cant turn on phone, but you can use FAR,

Now go into FAR, press ALT+F1 you will se a list, press 0: SEFP
Device: DCU-60 - Speed: 921600
If you use An K750i or W800i select K750_W800_CID49 or K750_W800_CID49 as boot script
Press "Enter The Matrix". Follow Instructions from panel
If It says Boot: Waiting for phone or something like that, then it means you will have to remove battery, and insert again. If it says something with ChipID, then it means you will have to release C.
Now, enter the folder FS, the program will do something, Wait untill its done.

Congratulations! Now you are in your phone!

REMEMBER: if you flash FS (with XS++), you will lose everything changed with FAR, when you are done, and want to save your data, press the ".." keep clicking until it asks if you want to quit, press "Yes". your data is stored in phone
