Just found this patch on mobilefree.ru , the problem with the squares at startup is fixed .....

Flight mode usable again
I've tested the patch and it works.
This time the PNG images go to "/tpa/user/image/gfx"

EDIT : I have tried to patch it with GSLIDE but its giving Error on so many lines is it normal should i continue..?

EDIT: Got same patch from BLIZZARD and sliding problem removed

through FAR...? or through Any Explorer koz if its through FAR then this patch sucks everytime if we have to change the icons we have to access through FAR then i can live with the BUG but if not then its cool kindly provide the full path

Make the folder with phone and then apply the patch.far shows errors but the patch is ok.

You can upload the gfx folder to Images on MemoryCard, and then with the phone mark all the files, Manage Files->Move to Phone.
No FAR required.

Not working for me I patched it and created folder after flashing everything was gone no wallpaper and no thumbnails are all blank icons while menu icons dissappear some selected one remain

as far as i know...... if "/tpa/user/image/gfx", its in memory phone not in memory card !!!!!

This patch is awesome (thx ajcsesz) ! First i patch my phone using FAR and i forgot to do gfx folder, i has error but i selected continue and FAR done patching. Then i turn on phone and what i see ? all icons there

i put my icons and everything is good, thx 1 more time for patch. Now i dont need startup screen and flight mode is working

i am able to use it. i even disabled the startup and shutdown screen using the other patch.attachment same one as above. i used far to patch it.

If You see error during copy patch - don't worry - it's working

Try to do everything like always and see the results

I'm not sure about this but if it doesn't work for some reason .....maybe you should first remove the previous patch ...or patch a "fresh" firmware .... just an idea.

i did that only. i used two patches.first the original and then from card to image/gfx. i removed both of them and used the new one.

hey guys
i've also tried this for 10minutes and this patch is great! thanks a lot!
i have a w800i with r1bc002 firmware and used the patch change internal graphics v1 and the patch to change the gfx folder to tpa/user/image/gfx before. both worked fine...so i have now removed at first the patch to change to gfx folder and then removed the patch change internal gfx...after this i patched my phone with this version 1.1 and it worked...so i can remove the startup_image_semc!!

oh sorry i've forgotten to write that i am only use FAR

Finally it works perfect. Now i can disable start up image, enable start up menu, and when i charge the phone while it turned off, the battery indicator shows up. Thanks you all guys.

there are a lot more bugs!!for example when you turn off your phone and then put it on the charge and when its charged don't pull the cable out!turn on your phone and then go to menu and it will say "errors in menu.ml"
But when you restart your phone it's ok.

Ok Now Its Working Done a Clean Patching on Fresh Firmware and all went fine but a slight problem when start up menu shows up where we select Start and Music player For Music player the icon instead of W is showing the icon of MEdia player of K750 Strange

EDIT : One More Bug Sighted The Thumbnail problem Gfx folder it self doesnt Create Thumbnails After every 30 or 40 thumnail a dozen of them stays blank then after them again fine then after some again blank

Maybe both of you guys didn't patch it rightly. As I didn't get those bugs both of you mentioned. I have repatched my phone from a new fresh firmware using gslide. And has no bug at all (yet, maybe). I'm really sure the error is not in the patch. PS: i'm using custom menu.

The "music only" icon in the start up menu indeed is like the k750i. It's the default of w800 firmware. Maybe you are forget that.

Yes custom menu works and maybe the original too. And it still works when i turn off my phone, charge it, and turn it on without unplugging the charger. Get that?

Sorry about that but i hate that icon thats y i changed both of them

lolls no more MR. RED W800 and no More Mr. Media player Both gone i created new icons for them Black W810 :droll: and Cool Head fone for Music Player

Noop No Such Bug Found And i did patched it correctly my bug was K750 Media player icon which was a misunderstanding so Sorry about that i have kicked them out

EDIT: One More thing Use battery Patch i m using it and battery doesnt dissappear neither before nor now
also m using HEX MENU with no problems at all

It's obvious that your phone's running the older patch (v1). I knew it from the symptom you've mentioned before. Try to repatch your phone and make sure it's the v1.1. Try to use gslide. As i repatch all of the patch i used before just to add this new patch, to a fresh firmware. Good luck.

I have the same patch but it works with memory stick (Card:\sysgfx) do you want to post that patch
(I'm sure i is v1.1 as mentioned in a patch i don't have startup screen bug!)

aright bredas..n sistas.....i jus went n dig up wit dis ting 4a lil bit and i editted the vkp patch! i watch the previous patch...v1...and the one to move it the phone at target /tpa/user/image/gfx...and compared em to the new v1.1 and i manipulated :

This hence moved it from its present location at /tpa/user/image/gfx....to our usual /card/sysgfx...where we usually had it...so far i havent had any problems...to all those who had problems plzz you guys REMOVE ALL PREVIOUS SYSGFX PATCHES...lol sorry about the caps...i too had the problem and when i removed all the patches and did the patch i posted here...everything was gr8

The moving-directory patch is the easiest patch to modified. Only using a powerful hex editor and you'll done that. Thanks for the post.

I have an idea, and i'm really sure this can be done by the one who can make a patch. Like this: i wanna have a menu patch that behaves just like change graphic patch: if there's menu.ml in specified folder, use it, if not use the internal one in tpa/preset/system/menu
So if accidentally we delete or mis-rename a custom menu folder, the phone not showing error, but just revert back to the original menu.
Isn't that would be great?
