It's rather a long story, but the battery out of my recently-unlocked K510i is still with the people who unlocked it, but I've managed to 'shoehorn' my K750i's battery into the phone. It does just fit, though the rear battery cover bulges a bit and the phone works fine.
My question is, would there theoretically be any long-term problems with using the BST-37 battery in the K510i? I believe they're both the same voltage, not sure about the mAh rating though. Would there be any issues with charging this battery in the K510i? Could either the phone or battery be damaged at all by either usage in the phone or by charging? -------------------- |

As long as it using the same voltage, you won't damage your phone just using battery from different model. About the Ampere rating, the bigger mAh, the longer standby and talk time will be.
As far as I know, all SE phone using 3.6V battery and using the same charger specifications, the only different is the connector. -------------------- |
