 Everybody is busy making their own custom UI for Android and not to be outdone by SE's UX Platform or Motorola's MOTOBLUR, Samsung have produced TouchWiz which you can expect to see on the Behold II handset. I would expect it is more difficult to use though. Also this is near release while the UX Platform is still weeks/months away.

no its not a new UI Mik samsung is using their Touch Wiz UI in all their touch screen phones, and this cube UI is a part of Touch Wiz its called Media gate

Ah, didn't know it had been used on other Samsung phones...shows how much attention I usually pay them
 Either way it's new to Android and therefore now more interesting
