[w810i] Most Elfs Don't Work .. :(, maybe anyone can help me with the elfs? Options

hey there all,
just an hour ago i flashed, unlocked, unbranded my w810i,
flashed it with R4EA031 Firmware, as many said it's best working for modding..

(used tut from this board and made it step by step, finally unlocking etc worked)

then i tried to install the elf-pack and the SE-Lifestyle Deskbar ELF..

installed the elfpack like said in this tut: see here
and created the folders as explained...

then i downloaed the deskbar elf, and put all files as said in their readme in the topic..
wanted to boot my phone then.. nothing happened... nearly nothing =/
it started with the S/E logo, then i came up with bootmenu, i chosed phone mode for sure x)
i entered my pin and the startup screen (that ugly walkman original thingy, cuz nothing else installed yet) apperead.. after the startup animation was over, the phone stuck for a while (like 1 min) at the startup screen, so i saw a frozen WALKMAN logo.. after this one i had a clean white screen for about 15 mins... after the 15 mins i detached battery and memory card, booted without memory card, then it worked perfectly >.>
so i guess it's the elf which makes that trouble -.-' running in standby i could add the memory card back without any problems.. i connected via usb cable and now its just hanging around here -.-

before i flashed the phone 1 hour ago, i tried some other elfs too, like fadebar, standby screen, analog clock etc.. nothing worked.. all came up with same problem as described up there =/

only elf that i got running is an old status row clock thingy >.>

but i want moooore ._.
so please, maybe anyone knows how i can fix it..

nothing to worry dude I my smashed my head but couldn't get the elfs working.

mhm where can i get it?
this time i used the ones from that thread with the tutorial i posted...
but before flashing i had actual as far as i can remember..

wtf O.o
with the 10/4/2009 files i could get the deskbar elf.. lets say half working :'D
its now even shown on desktop x) but no idea how to use it so far x)
will try to find out and test other elfs then
anyways thanks for that tip again x) have not thought that i could fix it with another new update :'D

okay got it now..
after many hours of experimants and patching i got all working
now working for me:
Deskbar, sleepmode, standby & logo changer
more i didnt test yet but those work 100% (even for me)
