R1ga031 Firmware For W995 Released? |

Hi people,
I was updating the firmware of my W995 and I find that you still send the R1GA026 to India. But else where I see that there was R1GA028 and then R1GA031(which is the latest). Why such a differentiation? (I think these are the small signs of some kind of cold war against countries.  )Is there any way to get the R1GA031 in my phone without debranding? or will they release it later in India too? Another question please, I updated to R1GA026 few days ago the file size was 107mb. and then when I reinstalled it today the update service showed only 28mb. What was that?  what is your firmware version, when you lately updated? Please tell, which is your latest firmware version of w995. thanks. This post has been edited by cchaos: 2009-10-27 18:15 |

 Jennah, are you sure you are talkinb about W995? R1GB003 sounds completely different. how is it possible? I am still getting the R1GA026 as the latest.

on setool support r1ga028 is latest generic firmware. R1ga031 is latest but its branded firmware

well, I checked two times.
It was still giving me the R1GA026 which was 107mb in size. but when I reinstalled it anyway checking after few days, it sent me just 28mb file. I contacted the SE customer service, they said it takes time for the update to reach here when it is released. Dimpy new firmware every 2 days, where in India? no it is still showing R1GA026 since many days. |

Every time I try to update to R1GA026 I get the weird problem with the album art not showing up in the Media menu but it shows up in the Walkman player, so I'm still on R1FA035
