I'm From Algeria and ,Actually I wanna bye a phone SE bcoz i have w200i and i'm addicted to SE bcoz it's a wonderful phone but witch is the better i mean in costumization w580i Or S500i Full modding change writing type and "vkp" patches and I'm Sorry maybe my english is the worst but i'm arabic  please answer me  |

W580i is best for modding/customization
I have already a W580i (R8BE001) Urban Grey My customized phone features are: 100+ Flash menus with Themes, 30+ Walkman Skins(but i recentle patched to "Walkman A200 by Paulo" VKP Patches : Radio without Headset, Restart Phone, Volume 10 to 100, Privacy Manager3.0 by Milad, Ability to Minimize the Window When Transfer Files via Bluetooth, Flash menus to Memory Card, Sliding Sounds, Walkman Skins to Memory Card and much more (means 40+ patches) Elves: Color Slider Analog Clock (i like these two elfs very much,but i have many other elfs also) This post has been edited by ASP art: 2009-10-13 18:45 |

Theres not a lot of difference. The s500 can be flashed to w580.
W580 (inc s500@w580) has elfpack (by patch), s500 firmware doesnt. Oh, hardware wise w580 has an accelerometer, and comes with a fitness metre application. S500 doesnt.
