My friend had a w595 which started to freeze, so i decided to flash its software to r3ea037 from se tool support with my box as it was on vodafone r3da026. The phone also wouldnt turn off as when the battery was taken out and connected to the pins the top keypad lights would turn on and i hadn't even turned the phone on yet. The phone would also press random buttons by itself. I have never seen this problem before but hopefully someone will be able to help me.

If hes already flashed it using setool box, then I dotn see how flashing it again is going to help.

It must be hardware, maybe faulty membrane, but Im only clutching at straws (or the obvious stuff really)
