From your operator (no doubt for a fee) or with an online client (Davinci team for eg) and probably with an SEToolbox.

Whatever, it won't be free, unlike Aerix!

To get nck. Use Aerix, disconnect at Phone Restarts. Go to Ultimate Unlocker. No lock change, repair EROM, show codes and connect phone up.
