Is the battery charged? If so, this indicates erom/gdfs failure. Take it for repair at a service center or try an online client, D Ultimate for example.

hi nick....thanks...
if i can connect using dsu normal cable then yes but if any other cable then which one should i go for it..?
as i will be using xs++ for the first time, i do not have any gdfs backup made ,, but should i make one before full reflash.

according to my observation from different forum topics..once you flash you lose your previous data such as contacts, but
when first i gave my handset for repairing the same above to the service centre....they repaired it but with out losing my previous datas. is it possible..?

One more thing i have noticed that this problems only happens when either the battery is low or i haven't used my handset for more than two days..@
first time problem arised i went to the service centre....and i think i made a fool out my self and fetched 500 bucks
second time same problem......now this time i dont wana make my self again fooled.......?

please guide me thanks a lot for your time you replyed....thanks again....in advance!

I told you earlier. Erom or gdfs corruption. If you have no gdfs backup then there is little you can do apart from taking it to a service center.
