W595 Mtp Device Error

Hello SE users! Some time ago i bought new SE phone w595! so first time i connected it to PC i choosed "Transfer Media" from menu "USB modes" and my phone connected to PC but now it does not and i don`t know why! it shows
"Found new Hardware MTP device w595" and i choose "Install the software automatically (Recommended) " and i get error "Cannot install this Hardware There was a problem installing this hardware: MTP Device; An error occurred during the installation of the device; The specified service does not exist as an installed service"
Maybe someone can help me to deal with this error? smile.gif
