i have 2 questions about my k550@w610i camera drivers

I download camera drivers with lng. languige file .
but i dont know what i have
...

or

...
this was 1st
now 2nd
...
What is the best camera drivers for k550@w610??
I want this CamDriver HD v2.0
but this have english version??
