Load phone_app.cxc into IMGTool 2.5 to find the hex numbers.

If you want to change gfx, make a patch and apply with jjpatcher.

I was hoping not to use jjpatcher. I'm using the tpa/system/icon method, and some icon changes work but some don't, I can fingure out why...

That method is not very reliable. It just doesn't work right, I don't know why.
Use patches.

Hmm...I think it's the other way around as patches has some gliches such are the GFX messes up and the Icons dissapear or just change to another icon. True, neither method is perfect but patches are better than the method you're using and yes I like modding my k800. Its very easy these days.

Yes..that method will not works for you because your path is wrong dude..the correct path is
CODE tpa/system/icons It case sensitive And to now hex name only..load phone_app.cxc into imagetool 2.04 But to make patches,load into imagetool 2.05,dont forget to change start address after it Good luck dude -------------------- |

Actually the icons method in tpa is the unstable one that make graphics dissapear.scine i use vkp no problem with graphics
