K750i Joystick Fix. Options

Anyways, I have figured out perhaps a first resort fix for the K750i joystick acting goofy.

I had just pulled my K750 out and even after having an iPhone, I still love the feel and look of this piece. It felt good....Ahh! The last time I used this phone was like 2006 and that was when the joystick went crazy. Every time I pushed up, it ended up selecting something or just wouldn't respond at all.

I pulled it apart to see what I can do for the joystick and figured there was nothing I can do. I am no good with soldier. But as a last attempt to fix, I cleaned it up with a circuit cleaner from say Radio Shack and sprayed the living crap out of the joystick. I would "open up" a space by moving the joystick right and pointed the cleaner straw down into the left of the stick as much as I could. Then did the same for all the other directions.

I put it back together and the up, down, and left worked great but now the problem is when you press right. Knowing that there had to be something in there, so I ended up dismantling again and then spraying the crap out of the joystick. I put it all back together and it started working better then ever!!
